How it Works!
When you contact Reyff Electric Inc. regarding your lighting needs we then arrange for a Lighting Audit to be performed at your Business FREE of charge. Once the Audit has been performed your company will receive a report showing the approximate monthly savings on your utility bill and the amount of energy saved year to year. The report will also show the costs to perform the retrofit and the amount of the incentive paid directly to Reyff Electric Inc once the work has been completed.
Example: Total Cost of Retrofit $6,500.00
Incentive Paid Directly to Reyff Electric, Inc. $4,500.00
Amount Due from your Business $2,000.00
ROI (Return on Investment): If your savings are equal to $500.00 per month in Utility Costs your return on investment would be $2,000.00/$500.00 = 4 months ROI. After the four months have past you’ve added $400.00 to your bottom line, a reduced cost in Yearly Expenses of $3,200.00 X 3 Years = $9,600.00 WOW!!
